Do you think Mr Bush did this just before a national holiday in an effort to look more patriotic? or, maybe in hopes that the nation would be so drunk celebating this great land of ours that they wouldn't notice...I think it is tha latter - and I think it will work. God Bless America!
Dude...you are probably right. I was actually wondering why they didn't do it on a Friday, as they usually do such things, but I forgot about the holiday...
yea, olbermann (my main man) was talking about that on countdown the other day. he was talking about how bush buried the story on the longest weekend of the year. he didn't have to do it that day - libby wasn't going to jail for another week or so.
